As with most partnerships, the key to success is communication. Work-Life Virtual Assistance aims to offer you clarity in the outsourcing process by giving you the necessary information and tools to get you started.
The Process
Compatibility Call (30min)
This is chance for me to get to know you and your business. It helps me evaluate if I can, in fact, help you. It also allows you to get to know me! I will send you a questionnaire to complete before the call asking a few general questions about you, your business and your needs.
Welcome Pack
If I feel we are compatible, following on from our call I will forward through a Welcome Pack. This pack will include a proposal of my services, payment schedule and terms, answers to some frequently asked questions, and basic information about communication, expectations and boundaries.
Contract + Invoice
Once you have notified me you will be proceeding, I will send you through a service contact and your first invoice. I will also send through a questionnaire for you to complete which outlines your systems and what I will need access to. This initial phase of the process is crucial to gather all the information I need and set the foundations of our relationship.
Kick Off Call (60min)
This call is an hour-long conversation ensure we are all on the same page. We will define a list of priorities and reaffirm your goals. We will also revisit some information provided in the welcome pack, and it is a great time for us both to ask any clarifying questions. Finally, we will set up our bi-weekly or monthly (depending on you) check-in calls.
